Take your favorite stretchy dress and lay it flat on a hard surface

• Length: Measure from where the shoulder seam meets the collar to the hem
• Bust: Measure from armhole to armhole then double
• Waist: Measure  from side to side directly at the waistline
• Hips: Measure approximately 18-23 cm below the natural waistline
