Modest fashion that lets you feel beautiful
Daniella Faye is a modest fashion brand designed in Israel by founder Daniella Faye Farin. We make dresses, skirts, tops and sets that are elegant, comfortable and modest on their own, so you don't need a shell or extra layers underneath.
What began with handmade head coverings at a dining room table is now a brand worn by women in Israel, the United States and beyond.
From Chicago to Jerusalem
Daniella grew up in Chicago in a Modern Orthodox, Zionist home. She has known she would be a designer since she was a young girl. As a teenager she was already selling her handmade jewelry and crocheted hats to stores in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.
At 15 she came to Israel for a six-week high school program and never wanted to leave. She made aliyah at 18, studied in seminary, and worked as a youth counselor while taking classes in sewing, silversmithing, glassblowing and ceramics.
After she married, Daniella started making her own head coverings. Women kept asking where she got them, which led to pop-up sales from home and orders from stores. In 2015 she opened her first shop in Jerusalem, at the corner of Hillel Street and King George. Her first three dresses sold out fast and became her first bestsellers. That was the beginning of the clothing line.
Today Daniella designs from our flagship in Efrat, where she lives with her family. Her husband, Dave, runs the business side. She learned manufacturing the hard way, without a mentor, and she still checks every fabric and fit herself.

Giving Back
When the war began in October 2023, Daniella turned the brand toward the families of Israel's soldiers and reservists. She hosted mothers to shop free in our store and ran arts and crafts and ice cream days for their children. She also sold heart rings to raise money for their families, and helped run a sale where displaced families could shop with dignity.
