We want you to love what you wear. Here's how we keep the process simple and fair for everyone.

Return any eligible item within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
Once we receive and approve your return, a $9.99 processing fee will be deducted from your refund, issued back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Prefer store credit? If you choose store credit instead of a refund, the $9.99 fee is waived. Store credit never expires and can be used on anything.
Items purchased in one of our physical locations must be returned or exchanged at that same location. Each store handles its own returns independently:

Need a different size? Exchange within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
A flat $9.99 processing fee applies to all exchanges. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us at your own cost using any carrier of your choice. You must share your return tracking number through the returns portal — exchanges cannot be processed without it.
We will ship your new size as soon as we receive and inspect the original. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and tagged.

Items marked Sale or purchased with a discount of more than 30% are final sale — no returns, no exchanges, no store credit.
Items purchased at 15–30% off are eligible for exchange or store credit only — no cash refund.

All returned and exchanged items are inspected upon arrival. To be accepted, items must be:
Received something damaged? Please contact us within 5 days of delivery and email us photos at info@daniellafaye.com and we'll take care of it immediately.
Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Late returns — items returned after 7 days may or may not be accepted at our discretion. We may return the item, hold it for pickup, or issue store credit. Nothing is guaranteed and you may not be notified.
Returns without a tracking number or that do not follow this process will not be processed.
We reserve the right to deny returns for items in unsatisfactory condition, returned outside the eligible window, or ineligible per this policy.
