Important: The 7-day window begins the day your package is marked as delivered — not when you open it. Holidays do not extend your return window.

Online returns

Return any eligible item within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

Once we receive and approve your return, a $9.99 processing fee will be deducted from your refund, issued back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Prefer store credit? If you choose store credit instead of a refund, the $9.99 fee is waived. Store credit never expires and can be used on anything.

In-store purchases & returns

Items purchased in one of our physical locations must be returned or exchanged at that same location. Each store handles its own returns independently:

Please note: Online orders are not eligible for return or exchange at any of our physical store locations. In-store purchases cannot be returned by mail. Each channel operates separately.
Size exchanges

Need a different size? Exchange within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

A flat $9.99 processing fee applies to all exchanges. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us at your own cost using any carrier of your choice. You must share your return tracking number through the returns portal — exchanges cannot be processed without it.

We will ship your new size as soon as we receive and inspect the original. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and tagged.

Sale items Final sale

Items marked Sale or purchased with a discount of more than 30% are final sale — no returns, no exchanges, no store credit.

Items purchased at 15–30% off are eligible for exchange or store credit only — no cash refund.

Discount level is clearly displayed on every product page before you add to cart. No fine print, no surprises.

Item condition — please check before shipping

All returned and exchanged items are inspected upon arrival. To be accepted, items must be:

Please check your items carefully before shipping. If we receive an item that is damaged, stained, worn, or missing tags, we will assume it was returned in that condition and the return will not be accepted.

Received something damaged? Please contact us within 5 days of delivery and email us photos at info@daniellafaye.com and we'll take care of it immediately.

How to start a return or exchange

Visit the returns portal at daniellafayeusa.com/pages/make-a-return. Enter your order number and email address.

Select your item(s) and choose your reason — return or exchange.

Pack carefully. Original packaging is ideal. All tags must be attached.

Ship at your own cost using any carrier of your choice.

Submit your tracking number through the returns portal. If you fail to provide a return tracking number, your order will become ineligible for a return, exchange or refund.

Done. Once received and approved, your refund or store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days, or your new size will ship right away.
A few more details

Original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Late returns — items returned after 7 days may or may not be accepted at our discretion. We may return the item, hold it for pickup, or issue store credit. Nothing is guaranteed and you may not be notified.

Returns without a tracking number or that do not follow this process will not be processed.

We reserve the right to deny returns for items in unsatisfactory condition, returned outside the eligible window, or ineligible per this policy.
