What is your return policy?

All FULL PRICED items may be returned within 5 days.

You will receive either a store credit or a refund back onto the method of payment used when placing the order.

All Sales Items are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges.

How long does my order take to arrive? 

All items ship from our warehouse located within the USA. 

Orders take anywhere from 1-5 business days to arrive depending on the time and day you place your order. Ships USPS and UPS. 

Shipping to USA from ISRAEL takes 7-10 business days and Ships DHL EXPRESS.

All orders can be traced and tracked with a tracking number provided to you after checkout. 

 

How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping costs vary depending on weight of items and location (city/state). 

Costs can be anywhere from $11.25 when shipping locally and can be up to $100 when shipping internationally. 

 

How long do gift cards last? 

All Gift cards can be used online and expire 6 months after date of purchase.
